How the Service Works:
Individual properties through large hotel
chains can sign-up for the hotel review
monitoring service and receive email alerts
each time a new hotel review is created
on any of the top travel portals listed
above. The email alerts can be sent to
three email addresses as requested; providing
a valuable management tool for General
Managers, Director’s of Sales, as well
as upper levels of the management team
to monitor and respond to current consumer
opinion of their hotels and brand.
Hotel Review Alert customers also receive
a monthly summary report detailing the
total number of new reviews posted for
each property monitored, including a breakdown
of the number of new reviews on each respective
travel supplier web site.
